A complete kitchen renovation incorporating modern commercial-grade appliances while maintaining a time-sensitive traditional approach to cabinetry – meaning all cabinets were built by hand with particular attention to traditional practices like raised panel doors. Both doors and drawers are inset into and flush with face-frames.

All cabinet finish components (doors and drawer fronts as well as exterior panels are Red Oak. All cabinets carcasses are 3/4" Birch ply. Drawer boxes are 1/2" Baltic birch with period appropriate dovetail joinery.

All Oak finishes have a subtle warm stain with a durable high-gloss water-based urethane. Shelving and drawer interiors are painted with a satin enamel.
